SMB Consultants will be closed from Monday, December 23, 2024, until Friday, January 3, 2025. Orders placed during this time will be shipped after the 10th of January. Should you need break-fix support during the holiday closure, please contact your software provider directly, as they will be best placed to assist you.
All support calls need to be pre-booked and are carried out via Zoom in 15min blocks. This will allow time to review and aim to diagnose your issue and if more time is required an additional booking can be made during the call.

If you do not have a support retainer with SMB Consultants any support will be invoiced at a rate of $220/hr (ex GST).

SMB Consultants does not operate an inbound call centre for support.
